this number calls me ten times a day, and then hangs up.  Finally got through to someone and they cant speak english hardly at all.  Most annoying thing in the world is having people who have a hard time speaking english call people who are fluent.

They said that I was approved for a government grant and I want to know is this a scam

Yes, it is a scam.

The way it works, the scammer will ask for your bank account number so they can put the money in the account.  But they won't put money in your account.  They'll take it out and vanish with it.

Or they will ask you to send them money for taxes or fees or some other stupid reason.  They'll keep your money and vanish.  They will never send you any money.

These people just  called me and when I asked them to identify themselves they hung up...so rude
