    Yes and I do believe it is fraud. What they tell you is not what it actually is, I would advise that you never do any business with that company. They will only scam you.

    They never call but always email and when you call the number No one ever answers.

    Globex Logistics is a scam company.  They pretend the position is for project manager, but is a scam company that has you buy phones and send to them.  Once phones are send to Hong Kong, then you get stuck with the bill.
