    1. Does not want to see the car because everything is just right for him 0r he is "out of town"
    2. Wants to use PayPal (FAKE account) or overnight a certified check and have YOU wire money to a shipper (the crook).
    3. Tell him "cash only" and see how fast he disappears.  His check would eventually bounce.
