    Called on both my cell & home phone, voice & message sounding exactly the same so it is probably a recording. States she is Kate Anderson calling from investigation department of the IRS regarding legal charges being filed against me. Before any further problems arise, advises to call back immediately. Upon calling the number (from a different phone), received the recording "You have reached a non-working number, your call cannot be completed". Utter garbage!
