Received a call from this number claiming to be from the chief investigative officer of the IRS regarding a warrant, speaker claimed I was in a three-way call with the Department of Homeland Security. Hung up at this point because it was getting too weird.

This a scam. I called the irs and they told me not give any money to these people.  I called them back told them to quit harassing and that I reported them

Received numerous calls this morning and a woman left a vm saying that there is a Federal case against me and I would receive a subpoena. Of course this is a scam! Please be aware!

I got the same call from this number, and it's a complete scam. Don't give any private information! Clean your computers and devices of potential viruses as they may have gotten it from your machine. If you can't remove it completely, re-image your device.

Got a phone call from this number and a person claimed that he is IRS officer Ben Johnson Badge ID 841406 and told me that I have a redline situation that the court is going to arrest me as I did not respond to two letters from IRS.  I never received any letters from IRS or I was not aware that I have any letters from IRS but this guy has my address.
Then this guy forwarded me to another person claimed that his name is Doug Miller.  He gave me a procedure of how to pay and told me do not hang up or I will be arrested by local police within the next 2 hours.  When they gave me the paying procedure, I totally wake up as I don't think government will do that on the phone.  Then I report to local police and confirmed that it was a scam and I filed a report through the IRS website.  The worst thing is that it ruin my day.  Luckily I did not have any financial lost on this.
I can also hear from the background that there was a lady yelling on another phone conversation, so they are definitely a group of organized crime.

I keep getting calls from this number and other numbers with a 347 area code.  They usually don't leave message, but I have now gotten 2 messages "from the IRS" - this is a scam.  Does anyone know how to stops these annoying calls?

I received a voice mail from this phone number today.  The caller identified himself as John Edwards from the Department of Treasury.  He needed my attorney to call him urgently.  I called him back and he hung up on me.  So I called him back.  The phone rang and rang then went to a busy signal.  Then I called him back on my cell.  He answered then I went off on him then hung up on him.  I knew it was a scam.

These A-###### keep calling saying they have an important message about the legal status of your account, and keep blabbering on in a threating voice.  I am on the do-not-call list but still get s### like this.  Can anyone tell me where the calls are coming from so I can send in an airstrike and end the madness?  Thankyou.

Claimed to be attorney general on an urgent matter and to call back immediately. These people call on different numbers but are the same people. I have no soliciting set up on my phone and yet they persist on continuing the call. I'm also on the no soliciting list. How can these criminals be stopped?

Caller stated the same thing about my husband being under investigation and they needed him to call them back. I said no, please send me something in writing since he knew so much about us already. His comment was "I did my part in notifying you, now you can deal with the consequences for not complying with the wishes of the IRS". He promptly hung up.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

A man claiming to be Adam Walker said he was from the Dept. of Legal Affairs and that I was  in legal trouble. It is clearly a scam. We need to stop this!

Called saying a detective was in route with an arrest warrant and needed to speak with our attorney.  Total BS
