Robo called to tell me they were ge IRS and I was being investigated for fraud. Accountant told me that the IRS never calls.

Called claiming to be the US government.

Twice in the last 2 hours I have recieved this call. I will say I am glad that I never answer unknown numbers and this was the worst computer voice I have heard since the 90s...

Same as the other posts. Robo call with broken computer generated English threatening an IRS lawsuit.

Voice mail said that the IRS had tried to contact me two=ice and that now it was considered intentional fraud and suit would be filed.  Thought it was a scam and confirmed on this site.

Automated robo caller claiming to be the IRS, that a warrant had been issued for my arrest for tax fraud.  Poorly generated computer voice.

I have received neither snail mail nor e-mail from the IRS or my tax service regarding any of my returns.  No warrants have been issued for my arrest.  This call is scam BS.

Got a call from them, trolled them 20 minutes and asked for pizza

Yes. Scam stating us gov't is suing me for intentional fraud. Local PD says call federal trade commission at 877-382-4357 to report.  Do not answer numbers you don't recognize.  Period.

Received two calls today from 347-609-5265 which left computer generated (and badly at that) voicemails stating I was being sued by the U.S. Government for tax fraud an left the above phone number to call. With all due respect (which is no respect at all) ”Robo” voice can take a long leap, off a short dock!

Received a call from (347) 609-5265 and a voicemail was left via Robo stating they had repeatedly tried to contact me and that they were now filing a lawsuit for "Intentional" Fraud. So funny when criminals try to act like they're smart....."Fraud" in and of it's self is always "Intentional", if it's "unintentional" then it's not fraud because fraud by the very definition is the wrongful or criminal deception "intended" to result in financial or personal gain.

These POS scammers are pretending to be the IRS! Yet the IRS would never call you about a tax issue! Everyone please report this number to the FCC, Or even the FBI, Since depending on what state they are in and if they are caught, impersonating government officials can be a big felony!
