IRS scam call

Got a call from Officer Steven White from the IRS stating that he needs my retained attorney to return his call because the issue was time sensitive.  The hotline division number to contact him was 347-732-3046.  He proceeded to say not to disregard the message.  And the reason behind the call is to confirm about a lawsuit which was filed under my name.
The guy sounded like someone from Asia.  This is obviously a scam.  I just ignored it!

Received the same call from  phone number 347-732-3046. Said there is a lawsuit against me from the IRS. This is a scam. The call back phone number was 347-349-4867

I received a vm stating that a lawsuit had been filed against me

I recieved exact same message indicating call is from tax office and there is lawsuit against me.
I called the number ,no connection.
I had the idea that must be scam, since for things in that order they send letters not phone calls.
