received a call from a man saying that I have a payday loan that wasn't paid back. he said his name was Mark White from the Department of Justice, Pay Day Loan Dept. He said I got a loan in jnauary 2011, which I did not.  he also said that I was being served and that they will see me in court.

This caller said that it was very crucial for me to return his call. And that i have no choice and that it was a crime not to return his phone call. What such B.S. I'm not falling for this SCAM!!!

Guy called me twice yesterday. The first time I answered the phone and he asked if he could speak to me. When I repeatedly kept asking him who was calling he kept giving me a vague response or not answering until he got annoyed and demanded if he could speak to me. Eventually he hung up on me but tried calling me back 20 minutes later and said his name was Shawn Carter  and made the same threats that I read about in the above posts. I uploaded the voicemail he left me to Youtube.
