I received a call from this number and they left a message saying that if I did not return the call I was going to be arrested.I returned  the call and the gentleman introduced himself as Mr. Charles Green and said that he was calling from the  Bryan Cave law firm. He informed me that I was a suspect in a case and that he needed my attorney's information. I then asked who their client was that hired them and they said that they, themselves were the plaintiff against me and that I was a suspect of a crime that took place in Oklahoma where I live and that I am going to be arrested and they want my attorney's information. I told them that I do not have an attorney because I have not been in any kind of trouble nor do I have any legal matters that I need to deal with. He continued to tell me that I would be served with a warrant within the hour. When I continued to question Mr.Green further, he became angry and hung up on me. I am now waiting for my "warrant" to be served ....the clock is ticking.

OK, well as everyone knows or at least should know, crimes are investigated by the Police.  They consult the District Attorney and they obtain arrest warrants from a Judge.  They then come and pick you up without calling ahead and warning you.  No moron pretending to be a debt collector is involved.

Update: It has been well over an hour now and I've yet to be served with anything other than the caramel macchiato that I purchased right before returning home from running errands and receiving that harassing phone call. So there you have it!!! Beware of any calls from 347-809-3444. More than likely they are just trying to scare you into giving up  personal information by using a series of threats so they can scam you!!  If you're being considered a suspect in an investigation in the state you live in, I sincerely doubt that you will hear from  "Charles Green"  of Bryan Cave Law Firm before you are questioned by the local authorities... I'm no cop, but I'm not a dumbass either!

I just had this number call me as well saying I had three legal charges against me... I asked him if he would email the information to me he said yes but I have to verify your social, I told him he should have this on file already no documents were sent to me I wasnt servered in person via emails Tex whatever so therefore you will not get a verification or I can just report this to the police department . HE GOT MAD AT HUNG UP IN MY FACE.

I just received the same phone call. I work in the public safety field so he can come arrest me anytime and I will return the favor

I got the same call, I never answer the calls because I don't know them numbers but I did notice they said on the first call it was Kevin Jones and now today it's the Attorney Brian Cave but I know I did nothing wrong so it doesn't scare me. I just sent the number to my police friend who is looking into it

I was contacted by these ppl 2 days before Thanksgiving. The person I spoke to was Nick Johnson. When I told him I have No money to give them he then tried to hand me over to someone else to give me a 5000 dollar loan. When i refused the loan they had someone call me saying tat they were a detective from the police department in my area when i called my local police department and asked for the detective there was no one by that name. I informed my police department about the situation and they assured me that it was not them. I then called Nick back and told him I needed some information from him to let my lawyer know and he completely lost his mind and again threatened me with prosecution. Well one of my coworkers called and asked where they got their law degree and the gentleman said the YWCA. I have blocked their number and i am waiting for them to call me back. I just wish i could know where they were at so I could send someone to scare the Hell outta them.

Committing one crime in response to another crime does not make it right.  Especially when there are other legal ways to handle it if you know who they are and where they are located.

got a call from this firm rep by the name of John Miller told me I was a suspect when I started asking questions he couldn't give me an answer so I BOL I must have pissed him off cause he hung up. So I called back to report him lol and Charles Greene answered so I asked him questions where are you located etc etc he told me to look it up and I was wasting time and need to answer his questions again I BOL cause I called the actual firm and had them on the call and the lady was asking him questions so he hung up on both of us.

Individual called my wife claiming she had charges pending against her and she had to pay x amount of money in order to get the charges dropped. He ended up yelling and cursing at her because she did not give him the necessary information he wanted. My wife ended up breaking down because she has never been scammed like that. Individual claimed to work for Bryan Cave Law Firm in New York. He called her again, but this time he was dealing with a different animal, ME. I work in the public safety field and have dealt with cyber crime and fraud countless times so I tore the guy a new one.
As a tip to everyone receiving those calls, ask three questions:
1. What the charge?
2. Who is the complainant?
3. What county is the "warrant" being filed?

Why would I need to ask any of those questions.  No debt collector can charge anyone with anything and they most certainly cannot issue warrants.  Warrants are issued based on probable cause when requested by law enforcement or the District Attorney.

Nick was his name( so he said) and he threatened me with arrest for 3 crimes I committed. Funny thing was he was a Indian from India. Law Firm was Brian Case.

If you were actually going to be arrested, you wouldn't be warned in advance.

I work for the company that this call is allegedly from and I can assure you it is not us. We are not even called Bryan Cave anymore. Additionally, we are a large global law firm and would never call anyone threatening. This call is for sure a scam. We had someone call our local office today and we told them the same thing.

I just had two calls from this number.....they left an automated system voicemail saying “ we are calling you about a litigation currently reviewed for three charges against you which will be filed with the district court this evening for questions and concerns feel free to contact the petitioner's office it is your legal right to do so that number is 34780934443 advise that you have been notified through now email texts and now voicemail good luck in court…”

Received the same voicemail as indicated above... No case file #s, nothing. Blocked!
