Neil Spencer or Jeff Willims BIG SCAM ...From ACS saying you have an outstanding PAYDAY Loannn... Calling my office and really ahrrassing and it is scary there agression dotn give them anything and say you will report to local authoritied,.....HOPEFULLY THEY CAN BE STOPPED!

Yes a very big scan they also are trying to use a locksmith company as well that number is 866-2044702  this is also another scam I know cause we never got money from them and never even applied to them they work over the intrnet so never use the inter net to get pay day loans for those of you who may need it. we looked into itand never did it and now this is happening so BEWARE

Continue to received unwanted calls from (916) 395-0000 beginning at 8:15 AM EST until late hours of the evening, everyday of the week. I answered and was place on hold for supervisor, Jeff Williams. Jeff, with an Indian accent advises that he is an attorney representing an online payday loan company and threaten to take me to court if I do not not furnish a debit/credit card to pay debt.

No address was given, but claims that they are located in Minnesota.

His call back number is (347) 844-6654 with option to leave a message.

When answered (Law  Office), I asked to speak with Jeff Williams and was asked for my name, then placed on hold to listen to circus music. I hung up!

They called my work friend my grandmother and myself saying that I had a unpaid payday loan. Said he was a layer. Was verry rud. Can someone give me info on these people at least where I can report them?

These people were asked to not call me at my place of employment, and when they were advised that I worked for a Fair Debt Collection attorney previously and knew what rights covered me as a debtor federally the caller became very rude and told me to get ready to lose my job because he was calling my workplace.  I also told them to please cease and desist from collecting any debt and advised that I would be following it up with a letter to them confirming same and that I would be contacting my attorney.  Since then, they have called me at work and have called me a [***] [***] and told me to keep laughing because they were going to be sure that I lose my job and that they are going to continue calling me at work and harrasing me.

If they're abusive and not playing by the FDCPA and threatening you with loss of employment, I suggest treating them as scammers as no FDCPA-abiding debt collector would do what they're doing. If you lose your job, you wouldn't have the income to pay them so where's the sense in that? Buy a whistle or air horn and use it, God will forgive.

calls at work 6 to 7 times a day, threating me with charges, he goes by the name william blake  347-844-6654.  My company is getting fed up with this b.s.   What can be done with these people?
