Called my cell, did not leave a message. My cell provider company tagged it as "Spam." Also reported as spam on other sites like this.

Most likely that designation was incorrect.  They phone carriers put that up there based on reports from people like yourself who never, ever answer a phone call and then automatically assume that it is a "spam/scam/telemarketer" and report it as such without any actual evidence.  This is why so many legitimate calls are not getting answered.
