Answered phone, but no one spoke.

No message. When trying to call back, says not valid check number and try again

Got this one last night; it wasn't a familiar number so the answering machine picked up - it was a robo-call for a survey.  Third one this week from local numbers.  I stopped participating in surveys when I figured out these numbers are call centers; sometimes they're legit but often they are not.  Answering just insures that you'll get more annoying calls!  Next time it might be for a security system...

The worst kind of robocall I have ever received.  Endless loop of "on a scale how likely are you to vote" ?  We could not end the call.  After 5 cycles, we disconnected the phone then called the number back and got the number no longer available message (less than 5 minutes later) and attempted to contact our landline provider who was not available at 7pm.  I want to know who this caller is. How can they be allowed to tie up my phone service and I have no recourse but to unplug my phone?

Unknown caller from 352-275-5005.  No answer.  Annoying and unwanted

Was on another call and was beeped in, when I got off I returned the call to 352 275-5005 thinking it may be important.  The recording says "this number has been disconnected"... really?  They JUST called me 2 seconds ago!  What the heck??  Cant imagine how this could be legal.
Also.. last night got a call from 123-456-7890  are you kidding??? This is legal to put that as their number?  We need much tighter regulations for making phone calls to personal homes.
