Within 30 minutes, 4/24/18, I received 2 messages from this number on my cell. The beginning of the message is cut off. The message says that the government is suing an entity on my behalf, and to call back.
Not much question it's a scam. I subsequently blocked the number after the second message.

Evidently these scammers were making their rounds on 4/24/18 because I was called twice in a row from this number. The first part of the message was cut off the rest says something about being sued by the Government for international fraud or some nonsensical nonsense like that..
