Called at 9:43am this morning, I did not answer but then noticed a message was left.
Checked the voice message - SCAMMER!

I have now blocked the number.

Message basically goes on about complaints against me for tax fraud and tax evasion, tells me to call the number back asap, wishes me good luck if they don't hear from me and says it is a recorded message.

1- The IRS would send a letter to you first about tax issues, they never call unless you have called them and requested a call back.
2- He had a heavy accent - I know there are many immigrants in the USA, but still...
3- A "recorded message" ????? the IRS would NEVER return a call with a recording!
4- I have no tax problems at all, never have. If anything I have probably always overpaid my taxes, and I have never had anything unusual about my taxable income, no investments, no cap gains, nothing, and never high income, where tax fraud might actually be possible.

Don't answer and DO NOT CALL THEM BACK - NEVER call a scammer under any circumstances.

A "tax evasion" call this AM from a male voice. He wanted me  to please call back this number. If not he wished me good luck on my circumstance at hand. Heavy accent also.

I just received the same message about how I am wanted for tax evasion. I'm pretty sure the IRS wouldn't wish me luck if I didn't return their call!! WHAT A JOKE!

Received a call this morning, answered and caller disconnected.  I guess now they know that they have an active phone number now.

Just received the same call about tax evasion and how he wishes me luck if I or my attorney don't call back (let mine roll to voicemail). Very heavy accent.

I got a call this morning. I answered and he told me who he was and that he was calling to get my criminal lawyer's information as someone had filed tax lawsuit on me. He asked if I had a criminal lawyer. I told him "I'm not sure." He said, "You have or don't have?"  I said "This is a scam. Goodbye."

Got the same call.  Same heavy accent and wishing me good luck if I don't return the call.  Tax evasion. Definitely a scam.

Received a call from 325-458-5535 said it was complaint about tax fraud told me to call or have my attorney call and if I didn't then good luck to me.  Never said hugs name or what company he was from just to call. It was from Dade county. SCAMMER

Called came in at 8:44 am, claimed her name is Lisa, same IRS call, I asked to speak to the Division Head, she said she is the Manager.  I told her hold on, let me get the FBI on the other line, she said no problem I will wait. (so bold)
I told her, tell the IRS I Will sue for $20 million, she hang up.  She called back at 8:50 am, and said that go ahead and sue the IRS for $20 million, they would come to my house next month,  She would come to harass me, I said OK, I told her call before she come I will cook lunch, I will make curry and Balanjay.  She hang up.
These people know your name, your address, and I don't know what else.
How can we find out who this number belongs to, and get them arrested.

Got call 15 min ago from this # 352-458-5535. Left message like others about tax evasion. I never answer calls from an area I do not usually have calls with. Scam!!!

I have got a call from number 3524585535 at first it was this guy with a heavy accent then aski him who is he teying to reach. He was trying to avoid answering and keep asking me who I was etc.  I had told him if he is calling a munber and if she is from the IRS then he should know my basic info.  What he did not is that I'm a police officer so then I called back and this lady pick up the call claiming that she works for the IRS then I told her that Im a policeman and she hang up right away.  Dont fall for this scamm people.

officer parker from the IRS, this was a severe call saying that a sheriff was serving a warrant for tax evasion.   Then he told
me to shut up.  Also asked if I had an attorney.  He stated my name, home address and said he would drop by in one hour.

yep got the same call message left on my home machine. Nice of him to wish me luck though. LOL

I received the same call this morning from 352-458-5535. The guy had a very thick accent and said he was calling from the IRS auditing department.  I told him that he was not from the IRS because the IRS would send me a letter if there was a problem, which there is not.  He asked me how did I know he wasn't from the IRS and I told him to stop playing on my damn phone or I was going to report him.  It's a scam!

Same call/message this morning from same number, Heard about this before so didnt bother calling back.

Same caller with heavy accent. Who do we report this guy to?

Received a call from 325-458-5535 earlier today, and this caller left a recorded message on my answering machine; said that a complaint had been filed against me for tax fraud, and told me to call him back, or have my attorney call back; if I didn't, then good luck to me.  His voice had a very distinct, heavy accent. Caller ID had "Florida".

Some one from the IRS called, said I was in a lot of trouble. If I don't call back or have my lawyer call back within the hour, he said he felt sorry for me, buy I have been warned. Said good luck to me. SCAM!!!!!

Called about me owing the IRS money and that i needed to listen to his spell first and then I could ask questions.

Report the call to the IRS Inspector General.
