Called at 11:43 am, this 354 area code is from Iceland but on my phone appeared as the United States. They actually left a message with music and some lady talking in a foreign language. This looks like one of those iternational spam calls where they try to keep you on the phone for as long as possible to charge you international calling fees. Beware of these types of phone calls!!!! Blocked the number!

Well, if that were the case, then you must have a big bill coming from your phone carrier. They called and left a message and according to you, that would incur large charges. However no incoming call can incur charges unless they call collect and you accept those charges. Try not to spread rumors and myths. It helps no one.
