Tracing this call, seems to be a scammer from Iceland potentially running countless fraudulent websites.

You have sophisticated and expensive equipment to trace phone calls?  Along with lots and lots of subpoenas to access phone carrier records? Looks like you didn't really do any tracing at all.  You simply found the phone number for a privacy service.

It is true that this number is associated with scammers out of Iceland. unionbusinessfunding.com , squeez-guru.com and creditfundinggurus.com are just a few of their scam websites. They spam e-mail any list they can get their hands on.

They don't own those websites, they provide a Privacy Service to mask the "whois" data for web domains.

Area code 354 is for the area around Montreal in Quebec Canada not Iceland.

Area code 354 is not Iceland it is the Montreal area in Quebec Canada

Clearly they are playing silly buggers with the Area code,  354 is not Iceland it is the Montreal area in Quebec Canada  Yet the address on the websites associated with this number are Iceland.

I was checking out emails that were coming into our doubtful box and their source website which was reporting this phone number.
