You have sophisticated and expensive equipment to trace phone calls? Along with lots and lots of subpoenas to access phone carrier records? Looks like you didn't really do any tracing at all. You simply found the phone number for a privacy service.

It is true that this number is associated with scammers out of Iceland. unionbusinessfunding.com , squeez-guru.com and creditfundinggurus.com are just a few of their scam websites. They spam e-mail any list they can get their hands on.

They don't own those websites, they provide a Privacy Service to mask the "whois" data for web domains.
