Call back goes directly to "end call."  That spells SCAM.  Block it and forget it.

+1 360-209-5873 this number called me twice to tell me the internal revenue service is filing a lawsuit against me. This is spam maybe you can look into it. Thanks so much

I've had these calls for the last 4 days! Today I answered and a weird voice says, in a deep deep voice is this Mrs or Mr. ........ this is what I say when people call me.......if I answer the phone. First I do not tell them anything......I say this: IDENTIFY YOURSELF.....they will repeat their question. and I repeat IDENTIFY YOURSELF.  They hang up.  The only reason I answer my phone from time to time is if my husband is anticipating a call.  Otherwise, I let it go to messaging system.  This number never leaves a message. SCAM...So many of them.  That is why I have my friends call my cell or send msg on FB PM.  I keep the land line in case of a major emergency.  Cell phones get jammed.

This number has been used to call us 5 times so far. It is from Aberdeen, Wa. Never leaves a message. We don't answer. Sure is a nuisance.

Caller ID said Aberdeen, WA. The caller asked for me by name, then attempted to sell me a reverse mortgage. I told him my number was on the federal do-not-call list and demanded he put the number in his own do-not-call list. He told me to relax and hung up.

This number has called us multiple times for a long time.  Nobody ever answers...when I call it back, it is always busy.  I blocked it.  I reported it to xfinity, but they didn't reply.

This guy calls every single weekday around 8am-ish and always asks for my Grandma. She is a 78yr old with dementia. I should put her on the phone and let them have fun with a lady who doesn't remember how to use a phone.

I operate the same way in that I do not answer my cell phone.  I have found it handy to have a ring tone assigned to everyone in my address book who I want to hear from (theme from Cheers), everyone else gets the theme from the Exorcist!  LOL!  If I hear the Exorcist, I don't answer.  I also have a land line that announces who is calling me so I can choose if I answer the call or not.  Most legitimate callers will get identified with my system.

Picked up and could hear breathing, noise.. no response. Called back, busy every time. Have been called several times like this. Reported for harassment to do not call list.

This number keeps calling over and over. Most the time they don't say anything, but than they ask for somebody who doesn't even live here.

Received calls from this number on consecutive days. First time, no message was left.  Second time, the voicemail left by this caller sounded confused and angry with extreme cursing before the caller hung up. I wish there were a law enforcement agency that actually pursued these scammers.

Today is Dec 6, 2015. These idiots have called me 10 times since Nov 14. I have never answered, as I have no idea who they are. However, anyone who consistently calls me and hangs up before the first ring is even finished is not anyone I want to talk to. At least today's call was in the early afternoon, as opposed to waking me up in the morning.

I answered a call from 360-209-5873 and there was no response.  Went to the computer to block the number and I get the response, "Error: Please enter a valid 10 digit (XXX-XXX-XXXX) phone number." Evidently the number that shows on caller id is not the actual number they are calling from.

This number has been calling me several times a week since Nov.  Today someone was finally there.  Something about a mortgage review????  They hung up when I told them I didn't live there.

Received a phone call from this number, no one answered, so I'm blocking the number. This number has been calling in the past with no identification of who they are or what they represent.
