    Received call from this number. Guy asked for Peter and I told him he has the wrong number. Guy responded saying, "well maybe you can help me, my name is scott and I am with the veteran affairs department seeking donations to help with disabled vets..." He continued on with his spiel, told him I am not interested and hung up.

    Same except police department! This was an odd one. Sounded like a recording and when I asked, he said he had to follow a script. Weird pauses between statements. He asked for 'Robert' but couldn't give me a last name. Same as Tracey on 9/6/17, he said he was calling for a donation for the police department. I told him I could transfer him to the person who handles donations and he said he'd just call back. Definitely one of the stranger calls I've had.
