Calls never leaves a message. Obviously there message must not be very important.

Caller asked for lady of the house by name.  When advised not home and could I take a message, caller hung up immediately.

They called several times. They first ask for Jack. When told there's no Jack at this number. They hang up or ask if I would be willing to help. I hang up at this time

I did not answer. I let the machine pick up,   buy they did not leave message, but stayed on the line until the machine message time ran out.

The same - stayed on the line until the machine message time ran out. They said "This is Police Department" and ask about donation.

caller represented themselves on behalf of my local police dept.  called my number and asked for him wife.  southern accent was also a giveaway.  total attempt at scamming....

I didn't answer the phone call; originated from Buckley, Washington.

Hung up and blocked.

Someone with a southern voice asking for someone else who doesn't live here. when told that person doesn't live here, he said maybe I can help him. Said he's representing my local police department, when asked which one that he's from he hung up.

It was a recording, but they asked for me by my first name.  Might have been a coincidence.  Southern accented man asking for a donation for the "local police department," trying to engage me in recorded conversation.  Creepers.

Someone ask for my husband by his first name and asked for donations to local police department a man with a southern accent - I called Buckley Police Department they are not calling for donations

They have been calling me from this number and also 360 234-xXxX.  Forget it. Scam, don't answer.

This is a scammer that calls to verify phone is still active then sells the number to phishers in your area.
