Caller left message that IRS had filed a lawsuit against me and that this was my final notice. To learn more I must immediately call this number. Needless to say, I've blocked the number.

TOTAL scam. I actually called back and the voice, in a very broken English, said the IRS was coming to arrest me unless I payed $6,500 over the phone.

Robot left me a VM saying it was the IRS and this was a Final Notice that they were filing a lawsuit against me. I automatically knew this was a scam because the IRS does NOT call people. They send notices in the mail or show up at your door.

It seem that they have no way of tracking this caller>>>>>>>>>> claim they were the IRS they have been after me before and they totally don't call, they like interest tacked on.

Claimed the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me using a poor quality computer generated female voice. I had to pick prank call for call type since A) they aren't a legitimate debt collector, and B) deadbeat-scammer-who-should-get-a-real-job wasn't an option. Unfortunately there are people who fall for this scam.

IRS filing lawsuit against me. They do not call with a computer generated voice. I worked for a CPA firm over 25 years. They will first always contact you by mail.   Report these scammers before they take advantage of an innocent person.

call from a 347 number saying the same thing with a robot voice, then an Indian voice. scam!!

It's a SCAM - "This is your final notice.  The IRS has filed a lawsuit against you, you must call this number to receive information."
I don't think so.  Block the number.  It's a robo call.

Getting this calls, when i call back ask for their name and badge number they curse at me and hang up

The IRS communicates via US Mail only. They will never call you to correct a debt.
