An [***] robo call at 6:30 am threatening the IRS will initiate a lawsuit if we don't pay up.

Got a message saying the IRS had a lawsuit on us. Called number back, it does not work.

Person on the phone identified themselves as an IRS Agent and asked me to verify personal information. I did not, but he did repeat things back to me that were correct based on my telephone number. He stated that the IRS was initiating a lawsuit against me due to my tax information not matching from the years 2008-2012. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he would transfer me and the phone hung up. I am currently on the phone with the IRS to verify nothing is true. I am pretty sure I am in the clear, but can't hurt to ask.  ****SCAM SCAM SCAM**** DO NOT VERIFY ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE. HAND UP AND CALL THE IRS @ 1-800-829-1040.

Identified themselves as IRS agent...said they were suing me. The IRS will NEVER call you. They will send you a certified letter. I called the guy out on the phone, I even called him a liar. Then he called me a motherf*****. That was the end of the call.

IRS scammers are at it again from this number.

Call from the IRS saying that they were suing me. First, the IRS doesn't sue people, the audit. Second, the IRS would not call you house ... they would send a letter. I received the same call from 1-360-244-4252 showing Long Branch on the Caller ID.
