Got a voicemail from an automated system. Said that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. The IRS would mail me a letter if that was true. Complete scam.

Same BS as the other (Tired of Scams) writer wrote.

Numerous voicemails. Never answered the phone.

Those at this number keep calling, but won't talk, just leave a voice mail about an IRS law suit, scam.  I wish the do not call registry really worked.

Do not call. Partial message says something about a lawsuit. I am not involved in any lawsuit. Do not call registered.

I watched my phone ring & caller ID said from Hungary. I let it go to voicemail & after the automated IRS msg was left the number read from Long Beach, WA. Total scam!

Big scam they are useing a spof number where they can make any number show up on people caller ID. Use common sense with scammers just hang up and report them. Goog IRS phone scams and learn about this scam

The fake IRS scam is back where they leave a voice mail trying to scare people with a law suit jail time. When I called they acted like a officer said I was going jail in 1 hour that was 2 days ago they are in call center in a diffent courty looking for older victims if nobody reports or call the cops nothing will never get done. 1800 366 4484 is the number for the us general . Post it on Facebook tell family and friends about the IRS scam

Got partial voicemail to call reference lawsuit, called and was having trouble with my phone, hearing the person, I asked who was he with and his response was F%&$ Y%$ and hung up. I'd say is a scam.

These fools called me at 6:45am!!!! I suppose they thought at that early hour I would think it must be something important or an accident has occured or something of that nature. Think again [***]. I never answer if I don't know the caller.

Same as the comments above.  Voicemail says that IRS is filing a law suit and to call (360) 244-4262 somewhere in Long Beach, WA.  When I called back it was busy.  Called back again, and it had a dial tone saying it did not go through.  Googled this number and found these comments about the IRS scam.  Thanks for the info.  Glad I'm not the only one.
