My experience is pretty much like all the others. Not 3 days ago I gave them the "opt out " button, just got called again. I DID manage to talk to a man once, told him not to call...no effect. Where is the"Washington" government when you need it? They're always there when you don't.

actually i would like to talk to them about their offer to lower my credit card interest rate.  i have several 0% interest cards- so i am looking forward to setting up an arrangement of less than 0%...doesn't that mean the they will therefore be paying me? I just love this kind of too good to be true situation.  But don't worry- i will pursue this when they call me again.  Based upon their track record over the past 12 months it is likely they will call again later this week, if not later this evening.  it is true that they have been warning me at the end of every message that i should "consider this your final notice".  But their definition of final is apparently not the same as my definition. (I wish it were.)

I talked to alive person and asked to have my number removed, the guy said good luck and hung up on me.

I have never answered and never will. Credit card scammers are the lowest.

Called my DNC registered landline on 05/13/2014 05:19 PM from Arlington, WA. No message was left. Caller ID shows Bankcard Svcs.

After 14 pages of posts, most people would have DEFINITIVELY known it was the card service scammers calling, IF they had read the prior posts!

Annoying spammers.  They do not abide by the do not call registry.  And they keep calling and calling - and will NOT remove you from their calling list.   Something about lowering your credit card interest (I'm sure it's just a way to your personal information).

robocalls ..... keep calling, I will be headed out of the country for treatment soon and they will never EVER find me again. Goodbye and goodluck.

They called my 77 yr old grandfather.  He fell for the scam.  A credit card with an $18,000 line of credit showed up in the mail.  A Samantha Anderson and Leigh White called him and asked him to go to his bank and have $3,190 transferred to the card.  He took it to his bank and they told him no.  His bank said they would not do it.  So he called me asking for help.  I immediately called the Fn scammers ticked and told them to back off.  They laughed and said they would not tell me anything without his consent.  I then left work, went to his home and called ACA back...was on hold for 32 min; in the mean while I am on the phone with Credit Card fraud services.  When "Samantha" finally got on the phone she was a complete witch and told me that my grandfather consenting to everything (recorded) and I could do nothing about it.  Needless to say, the CC was cancelled & reported I am watching him closely and I stressed to him to NEVER give personal info over the phone again!

This company calls me every single day. I have asked several times to be taken off of their calling list. They continuously ignore my request.

My daily call from these credit card scammers. These calls have been going on for 3 or 4 years and I don't expect them to end any time soon. We just ignore any caller we don't know.

got the umpteenth call from this number, which I have both gone through the recording to be removed as well as pressed-thru and requested to a person to be removed.

of course, i realize it's a scam and therefore the process and the people have no scruples, but i did initially take the process at face value, and of course it wound up being a lie.

Sometimes calling back the number results in it being disconnected, which means of course the "company" is spoofing numbers.  In this case, it actually routes to another "press 1 to be removed" recording which provides no other option.  So, mebbe the authorities can track it...dunno.

just 'renewed' my number on the do not call registry as well as lodged a complaint against this number.

I received this call. There are approximately 6 to 8 numbers that this company uses with an area code (360) Our PBX system blocks them all. But came across this service by a link thru these postings and just passing this on. Also our local TV news channel did a report on telemarketers and this this new service. No gimmicks.
