Why in the world would you feel sorry for a criminal?  That person has full knowledge of what he is doing, and he know it is against the law.  But he made a conscious decision to violate the law and to take people's hard earned money away from them by claiming they are selling insurance under "Nobamacare".  These people call me every day, they just called me twice in a row only 1 minute apart.  I don't answer their call because I know they are crooks and set the number to my "no ring" list.

healthcare for everyone for complaints call this number 800-688-5167 this is there real phone number. these telemarketers have called my phone numbers for several years. this company is called health care for everyone they call from phone number (360) 322-6713. but like all good telemarketers this phone number does not work.  (when you call this number no one answers) and pressing the button to be rem call them and talk nicely to them at first to remove your phone numberoved off of the list doesn't work either. I have found their real phone number if you would like to call and bother them. they're real phone number is 1-800-688-5167 the man in charge there is a joke he's just a ass. These guys are telemarketing scammers selling bogus healthcare insurance.

Keep calling business and they hang up; our office is very busy and I need them to stop calling.

Pressed 1 to try to get through to someone so I could waste their time.  Call rang, but no one answered.

This person has called more than once.  no message.  I see many reports of spam calls from this number to others.  

They called again and were blocked again!

I have ALL area codes in Washington state BLOCKED!

Buy a call blocking phone or device and put these criminals out of business!

Shows up as Marysville, WA on my caller ID.  I have the number blocked. Andits been blocked since Dec.  I found this out on another site for complaints

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to play with these guys.  When I do have opportunity, I like to talk to them.  Take as much time as possible.  Listen to every detail, ask as many questions as I can think of.  They hate that.  They really do.  Think about it - they reason they tell you to hang up if you are not interested, and use computerized robocalls, is because it increases THEIR profits.  Talking for an extended period of time to a bad lead (like me) wastes their time, costs them money, and causes them to possibly LOSE a valuable sale.  They used to have live operators, but even a live operator getting hung up on costs too much money.  So they moved to robo dialers and pre-recorded announcements.  They now depend on the calls that get through to be decent sales leads.  I've gotten e-mails from telemarketers that absolutely hate the idea that you will take their time to talk to them, and end up with NO SALE.  Telemarketers I've dragged along and figured it out have cursed me out.  The DNC isn't enough.  Other technological telemarketing 'solutions' just shift the burden to those that are less capable and more vulnerable.  Help with the effort, talk to them!  Not everyone needs to do it, just a fraction of a percentage of the thousands of calls they make daily.

This is a numbers game, and the telemarketers know it.  Make the numbers work for us, rather than them.  I've kept telemarketers on the phone for 20-30 minutes at a time by being 'interested' and 'pleasant'.  If only 15 more people out of the thousands of calls they make do the same, it effectively takes out 1 live salesperson.  Rinse, repeat, and just a small group of like-minded, crowd-sourced, enthusiasts can sabotage an entire campaign.  They lose money.  And eventually, they will quit doing it because all the profit is gone.  Make no mistake, they are calling you to make money.  Stop the sales and the money flow, and only an idiot would continue to telemarket.

Yes, it is his fault.  There is no reason to feel sorry for them.  Your outrage is legit.  However, a better way to get back at them is to talk to them at length.  Since while he's talking to you, he's not making a sale.

Good start.  However, assuming it's convenient, talk to them.  Let them go through their script.  Ask questions.  Act interested, but non-committal.  Take up their time.  Remember, every minute they talk to you, they aren't making a sale.  I've kept them on the line for 20-30 minutes.  If just 15 other people did that every day, it would effectively take out a live sales person.  Just 30 people can disable 2 live sales people.  And that translates to real money.  That comes out of profit.  And out of the thousands of calls they make every day, it doesn't take a huge percentage of people to play along.

The telemarketers know it's a numbers game, and hanging up benefits their numbers.  Make the numbers work for us.  Take up their time.  Every opportunity you get.  Kill the profit, and you kill telemarketing.  DNC lists and reporting them haven't worked well.  But if enough people do this, talking to them will hurt them more than anything else.

Probably another scamer trying to make money of the affordable healthcare act.  Try to make it look legitimate but wants to use their own "licensed agents" to do the business. If you already deal with one of the companies they list, you already have an agent who will work with you so their "agents" are  not needed.

360-322-6713 keeps calling and leaves no message. It appears this is a scam call.

caller id says affordable health care, i don't answer. or sometimes i answer and say nothing so their computer disconnects me. Hey can we robo call them? sometimes I answer my city's name and say police dept. just to mess with them.
my number is one digit off the VA's here so maybe I'll start answering that, or repeat everything the person says to  me.
Just to f--k with them. whenever I don't know the caller id person/number i don't answer, if they want to talk to me they will leave a message.

Calls and leaves no message when voice mail answers.

We are an veterinary emergency HOSPITAL. This morning this number called here and tied up 3 lines. This is totally unacceptable. These calls need to stop immediately. Can't anyone do anything about this??????

They won't stop calling. they call several times a day.

They keep colling me on my cell, and i dont't want to receive them
