Stupid recording inquiring if you are struggling with your taxes - total spam bull crap

I received a recorded call message from (360) 322 - 6989 purportedly from Biz Tax News which, according to an Internet search, is affiliated with (888) 814 - 4411. You can call that number to leave a voice mail message to opt out of future calls.

Don't answer unknown numbers. If it is genuine they will leave a message.

I got a call from 360-322-6989 and no one speak.

Vancouver, Washington is in the U.S.A.!  As I say, "Vancouver, A.D. as opposed to Vancouver, B.C. (American Dirt as opposed to British Columbia)."

Illegal robocall with some tax help scam.  Caller ID shows Biz Tax News.  These calls are illegal no matter if you are on the DNC or not.  They are illegal period and should be reported to the FCC.
