Just had the same scam call from 206 345 6453 it was a man with a foreign accent. Approval for $8000.00 grant for being a law biding citizen. Gv conf.#hr023,security code# 1902and connected me to accr. Manager Rosa Moore ext. 777. She then asked for 200.00 for security so state so t tax me, that I would get it back when I get my 8000.00 from a( cash n go ) wire transfer from NY Federal Reserve Bank. And a transaction fee of$ 9.99 that would cost to receive transfer at cash n go. Told me I had 30 minutes til transaction was complete. They never asked for credit card info. But had my name, email address, and phone number, even resident address.  It is a scam I called new York federal reserve bank. They don't handle grant funds at all.

First call was from Seattle area #206 345 6453, caller was male , had foreign accent, transferred to female with foreign accent, gave the name Rosa Moore ex. 777, 1360 347 1373 Vancouver area.

I got the same security code # and the same confirmation #. What a joke!
