Sounds like a computer-generated voice.
Like all the others here, states that "this is the IRS - the Internal Revenue Service. This is the last official notice that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you.  You need to call us back at 360-347-1806."
This tel. no. - when searched - seems to come from Rochester, WA.  HIGHLY suspect it's a scam.  Any/all govenment agencies will send official documents throught hard-copy mail, not make threats over the phone. Am reporting this to the IRS and the FTC.

Thanks all.   Thought this was the case, so I Googled rather than call back 360 347 1806.  My experience was the same, 3 voice mails in span of a week each from a different # and finally a Robo call from this #.   One one they had the audacity to close their voice mail with "God Bless".    Sheesh

I received a message from 360 347-1806 claiming to be the IRS. The message was a female automated voice. The call came in at 6:15 a.m......the iRS must start work very early.  This is a total scam and do NOT respond. I received a similar message several months ago but from a different number.

Automated message saying IRS is filing lawsuit against me. Leaves # to call 360-347-1806.  Not returning that call. Confirmed scam.

Same deal,  IRS is filing a law suit and wanting us to return the call.  Complete BS.  Call originates from the state of Washington.

Computer generated scam/spam...tempted to call back with bogus info but will let this go. Has been reported. Curiously the called ID read McDonalds lol

Same call..  Told me they were Treasury..  So I strung them along for a while before they got bored and hung up.  FYI do not ever confirm any information they have like address or even the phone they called you at...  Married, not married  anything they ask always LIE... Best thing to do is just hang up. But I did want to see how much of my info they had on me..

just had a voice message today from 360-347-1806 claiming to be IRS and iling lawsuit against me.  this third time, third different number inbthe past 4 months.  I have turned the phine numbers over to our County Sheriffs for action.

Got one last night. Already knew it was scam. pretended I was upset and then told him they were 'caught' I knew was scam. just love to play with these a  holes.

Same as all the above......threatening sounding recording telling us the IRS is suing us.  Yeah, like the IRS wouldn't send a certified letter if that was the case.  Another nap, shot to heck by these ridiculous scam calls.

I just received a call from "out of area", but it was 360-347-1806 and the voice message claimed that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  Said to call back 360-347-1806.  When I called back, I got a busy signal.  Made me worried, until I read all these posts

Me too.  It's a scam. I tried calling back to mess with them but it just rang and rang.
