    This is a bogus call.  DO NOT CALL 1-800-716-5818.  I do not know what happens if you do, but this has SCAM written all over it!

    Same happened to me. I was suspicious but answered hoping I could tell them off but it was a recording of a soft voiced woman saying just what you said. I am blocking this right now.

    Automated message from Longview,WA.   Said it was an emergency and I needed to calll to renew my Microsoft key.  I'm sure this is a scam to get information from victims and I'm sure its identity theft all over it.  Hope no one falls for this and if you do contact authorities right away.

    More importantly, if you DO fall for this scam, take your computer to a legitimate brick-and-mortar computer shop so they can make sure you don't have any viruses or the like on it. Also, it would be best to cancel any bank accounts you may have information about on your computer so the scammers aren't accessing that.
