Same thing, they called my cell im in SC.. it was a very irritating automated message about a free cruise for 2 to the Bahamas if you answered questions to their survey..

I have a daughter in Seattle Washington and I asked her did she know this number , And she said the prefix she had never seen it before

They called me and I won a free trip to the Bahamas!

All they needed was my SSN (for intl tax purposes), my mother's maiden name and a copy of my driver's license.

I'm fixing to soak up some sun!
