What the hell, I'm enjoying a Espresso and Cream.. All of a sudden a cruise captain equipped with a cheap horn calls my phone.

Got the same thing - foghorn.  Didn't recognize the number, but I answered it anyway (job requires I take a lot of calls from people I may not know).

Tried calling them back.  Nothing.

This is extremely annoying, I though it was against the law to do telemarketing anymore especially on cell phone numbers >:(

I'm so sick of these people calling!  Please hunt them down and stop them

I have tried to get this number blocked from my phone. No luck.
I have even tried calling it, it comes back saying it is no longer in service.

Offering boarding passes for Caribbean cruise for answering marketing research questions.  Have received calls on my cell several times from this company.

I just got a call from them as well. I had some fun at there expense. I kept responing in louder ome with a very ol sounding voice That I could not here the. I then asked them to wait while I emptied my colostpmy bag which I do not hsve, and set the phone down. They finally hung up.

So does your brother suffer from a mental disorder or is he a medium? Just curious.

Got the fog horn and this is your captain ... Oddly I get this call on my work phone and my cell.  I almost never give those numbers out.  I do have Verizon.  I probably gave them my work number also.

There are over ONE MILLION people that live in Washington that could have the pre-fix of  360,
why would you block the whole area...code??? DAH...

I got the call just yesterday, but I haven't gotten another call from the number since ... yet. I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number, and they didn't leave a voice message.
