Apparently a robo-dialer that wants to know when you answer your phone. Calls various times of day, calls different days of the week, etc. It is gathering information on when you answer the phone. For this number, the answer is NEVER.

Phone rang with 360-461-2467.  Did not answer because it was not a recognized number.  No voicemail left.  Seems odd since it was to my cell phone and no one knows that unless I give the number out.

just called and I ignored. I don't know who it is.

Recieved call 5 minutes ago, didn't know the number so ignored it.

It's some kind of cruise ship offer or something -- there is the sound of a ship's horn and then I think the recorded message starts; I never get past the horn.  I tried hitting 0 to see if I get a person and tell them not to call me again, but it seemed to end the call.  Returned call and got busy signal.

Have received multiple calls from this number. All times of the day. Never answered, and they never leave a message.

Just got a call from this number, did not answer it, they did not leave a voicemail.

Just got a all from this number as well, be careful guys. I swear these automated offers and whatnot are secret spies trying to learn every aspect of our personal lives by simply irritating the hell out of us :P

Just got a call from 360-461-2467. i did not answer i went looking and found out the area code is from washington state. i called them back to tell them not to call me anymore and no one answered.

This stupid number 3604612467 calls quite frequently. Never answered it. Tried calling back just rings once and beeps. Its a solicitor or something like that. DON'T ANSWER IF THEY CALL U

I always save and add " DNA DNA DNA" to contact. Also different ring tone or none if optional to these numbers. This way I can just ignore future calls.
It works great !

Didn't answer either.  Never answer a number I don't recognize.  I'm going to use that "DNA" idea myself.  Thanks!
