Yep.  Just got the same one.  After looking-up the number, I'm glad I didn't answer.  Sometimes the first hangup is just a robo-call to confirm a live number, then the telemarketing really gets into full swing.  Then they can sell it as a live, personal phone number.

Tried to call back Verizion Wireless says it is not a working number

I had gotten a missed call from this number and when i tried to call it back my phone either wouldnt connect the call or it gave me the verison wireless automated message that the number had been disconnected or something. But the thing wuz it had just caled not even an hour before! Weird.
