    As already mentioned above, it's an automated message about answering questions, free cruise, etc.

    Annoying, but there's some entertainment to be had in that there are ship's horn sounds bellowing in the background.

    Because loud horns make me want to answer stupid questions and get on a boat.

    Can't be a debt collection agency as I owe no one money anymore since my debts all fell off save the school loans. And Sallie Mae can't find me. For whatever reason. Havent heard from them in like 7 years.

    Recently I received calls that I don't recognize. This number is just one of those. I always immediately press the Reject button. My cell is a prepaid phone. Every time I pick this type of call it costs me 25 cents.
