just received this call , didnt answer

I get a call from this number everyday. It's saved in my phone as SCAM

I have received several calls from this number and I hear some kind of horn when you answer.  I would like to quit receiving these calls they are irritating.  Won't answer next time

Got a call from same, 360-461-5083, on my cell, 8/24/12, 8:36pm.  I was already speaking with someone on it and ignored the beeps.  I later saw it was a missed call, didn't recognize the area code, and did a search which brought me here.  

I hope this also isn't a company related to this number, trying to get personal information from us for the wrong reasons.  Hard to not be suspicious when incoming, including this site, isn't proven legitimate…

Didn't recognize number; didn't answer.  Party didn't leave message.  I always report such calls.

Guys DONT answer it is a smart dilar with a recording so if u answer u will get this over and over again

It should be illegal to use our money (minutes) for unwanted junk calls.  I think it used to be,

Not sure what it is. I never set up my cell phone voice mail and being prepaid (thanks taxpayers I have the cheapest plan to save you money) I am guessing that its solicitation or looking for the previous owner.  We only use the cell to talk to home and on rare occassions trips to interviews or family.  I'm not answering anything that wastes a minute.
