Multiple calls with no one on the other end. Blocked the number.

no message left.  the do not answer returning phone calls.

I hand up and call back and the phone number is inoperative.

They had robocaller and left a message that there are serious allegations against me and that they would have to take action if I don't call them back. They are full of it.  Never been to Washington state. This is a scam and harassment.

Today this number called me on a call back about a minute after I hung on the original call from the 631 area code.  I know it's the same because it was the same voice on the other end.  When I looked up the original number, it came up as a private home address so I won't list it here.  Becoming suspicious that I got 2 calls from different numbers from the same company from different parts of the country, I explained that I thought something was fishy and would not do business with them and hung up.  I'm on the DNC list.

Someone from a solar home company
