360-477-7964 keeps calling me and hangs up when I answer for some reason I can not figure out who it is and when I call it there is a weird tone associated with the outgoing call...

Tired of all these people... my cell has a texas number.  Rule of thumb  I NEVER answer numbers I don't have in phone.

Just got a call.  Didn't answer, they left no message.

I also received a call from this number... i picked it up and it was a tele mated message with a boat horn and saying this is your captains speaking... i just hung up....
