The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

I have received three calls from this number telling me that it is urgent that I contact them about credit card accounts.   I am on a do not call list and resent the intrusion very much.

Calls continue, I hang up as soon as I can. What can we do to stop these calls ??

Call from CNAM, resulted in several seconds from the middle of a prerecorded message being recorded by my answering machine. I Googled CNAM and got some interesting results, when "telecom" is  added behind CNAM. What little I could make out of the partial message, was "offering" me some kind of choice by pressing a certain number. More Telephone Trash. I get my money's worth from Caller ID. If I'm home when the phone rings, I check the Caller ID. If I don't recognize it, I don't answer it and hit the "Mute Ringer" button. If it IS someone I NEED to talk to, they'll leave a message and if I'm screening calls, I'll pick up. Otherwise, let them pay somebody to call a number that never answers.

I keep making Do Not Call complaints with polite notes asking that they investigate this repeat illegal caller and thanking them. Usually - after a while - the calls stop - for a while. Then when they start again it is from a different scammer. So I go through the whole procedure again. I think if everyone does this, it helps an understaffed office focus on the worst problems.

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind spoofed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.

I find that I am getting great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, and security code that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a credit card that I no longer use since the card raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.

The guys behind this scam have a slew of corporations, many of them defunct. I searched using the name “American Debt Negotiators” and found the name of the Registered Representative was a guy named RAN BARNEA, aca RAN DAVID BARNEA, aca DAVID R BARNEA. He is also listed as the president of a whole slew of other active corporations. Another guy is DANIEL T. POST. This stuff is all public record. Have received twenty (20) calls in the past 25 days... I am a 70 year old retiree and would like to be left alone, my district republican congresswoman doesn't seem to care nor does the do not call folks...
I ask the girl who answered the phone how she could help me...
she then said do you pay over 10% on you credit card,
I told her NO! I pay mine off every month
She then told me she could not help me.

Won't stop call, push number to have them stop calling, they still call.  Push the button to talk to someone and they hung up on me when I tried to get them to stop calling.
