Received calls from Credit Card Service’s for the last 8 months on my mobile phone. My phones are on the DO NOT CALL LISTS. I have asked them to quit calling, I have reported them, I have made police reports. I decided to play the game since they hang up when you ask them to stop.

Had the call from the 8323773059 today. I pressed the # 1 for yes I wanted to talk to someone, when the guy got on the phone and asked if I was $5000.00 or more in debt I said yes. (I don't have any credit card debt). He then asked "Ball Park" how much debt I had. I said $385,000.00. He stated your lying Mr. (my last name). I said first of all that’s not my name and yes I was in debt that much. He got very mad and started yelling at me that it was against the law to lie about my debt.

I kept on and he kept getting madder. Seems to me if he would report me to the police I would have the info I needed for my police reports I have filed on this company for harassment. I suggest all of you to do the same. Fill them with a bunch of crap and see how mad you can get them. Make it worth their time. i love that when they started cussing me i cussed them back and told them there full of stupid f$$kers to cuss me on the phone calling me names ni%%er was the one that pisd me off and i told them if i am your mother was a horses a$$. they hung up.

the problem is they are calling you and You ARE picking up just ADD them to phone contacts and put them on the NO RINGER CALLS then they wont disturb you just look at number added name DumbA$$ Solitcitors :-) this will make the number not ring your phone New phones have APPS to make numbers permantly blocked .

The calls refer to reducing an interest rate on a credit card.

On 6/21 I asked to be removed from the call list and I'm still getting calls!
That was the only time I was allowed to speak. All of the other calls,as soon as I started to speak about removing me from the list, they hang up!

I made this my new hobby after reading your post.  Thanks for the phone number.  They seem to have fixed that line not to receive calls anymore.  How did you get that number in the first place?  I would like to know so I might know how to track down whatever other numbers they use for incoming calls.

We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in jail, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.
Since they are operating across borders it should become a federal felony and should be handled by the FBI under the RICO Act.

These calls are coming from call centers in Costa Rica and India and they are using spoofed (false)
numbers, which in itself is illegal. They do cold calling for or sell the leads to numerous companies in
this country and they know that what they are doing is illegal. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Cruises, Timeshares or Security Systems but if you follow the money it usually ends up in the hands of an American LLC. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay. Another course of action is to contact phone companies to find out why they won't block spoofed numbers. With today's technology that should be an easy thing to do, unless they are somehow profiting from the use of their systems.

Robocalls are illegal unless you have given them prior permission in writing (not worded into some small
print contract from a 3rd party) and are absolutely illegal to a cell phone.  The Telephone Consumer
Protection Act permits individuals who have received certain unlawful telemarketing, such as junk faxes
or telemarketing calls, to sue the violator in state courts where they may be awarded up to $1500 for
each violation.

Severl times more for significant, large operators.

On finding any  location or actual persons, names as  either investors, directors, managers, employees, or even their attorney involved in keeping them out of the courts,
Find out where they bank.  
These people may also be involved in other more punishable crimes like money laundering.
publish names, physical locations, personal addresses, phones, email #, pictures, etc .  
It would seem appropriate for FCC to go so far as to raid several of the worst ones, and obtain the info.
