An "IRS Agent" pretends to call you and states there are "serious allegations" against your name. IRS would never call you. Only correspondance through mail.

Someone from this number called me and said he is from the FBI ...  Said his name is Eric Johnson (with an Indian accent) said his Badge # is 4200.  He was so rude and told me the IRS filed a lawsuit against me and a warrant for my arrest have been placed.  I said to him calmly that I will talk to my boyfriend and lawyer.  He said NO and asked me WHY I need to talk to him?    He also told me that I have 2 options... first going to court or second to pay him $1495 to avoid court.  When I told him that I have spoken to the IRS early this year no one told me that I was in trouble... In fact everything was fine.  I said to him I am not going to pay anything until I call the IRS directly...So he hung up on me lol.     Be careful out there, these people have a way of talking to you that will be very intimidating.  Stay firm and hung up and don't ever give any money to anyone over the phone!!!

I ignored the called, he left a voicemail.  Thick Indian accent.  Said he needed me to call back promptly.  I did not.  He called again from the same number. I answered and told him I'm standing outside his window.  He hung up.  It's fun to answer these [***] and play their games.

Caller called twice and left a voicemail that he was from the IRS and a lawsuit was being filed for tax evasion. Funny thing is that I think they thought they were being clever getting a Washington area code. Only it wasn't Washington DC, it was Washington STATE, LOL! Hopefully he will call back, because I like to have fun with these losers and play along to see how long I can keep them on the phone. Definitely a scam, so be sure not to give any real information. I think if they call back I will play the part of Billy, the hot dog king of Chicago who has a heavy mouth-breathing problem....
