    I received a phone call from this number stating there is a pending lawsuit with the IRS and last attempt calling me.when I call and talk to the IRS everything with my account and status appears to be normal. Not sure why I am receiving these phone calls

    Phone msg states there is a lawsuit against me and ask that I call.  I have received the same msg from 2 other calls as well.

    360-707-7228 is also leaving the same msg and asking for me to call 360-707-7228.  The calls come from several different numbers.  213-336-0995 and 206-336-3525.  I'm sure there are others numbers as well.  This has been going on now for 2 weeks.

    Caller left a message saying there was a lawsuit against me. When I call the number back a lady with a foreign accent answered with lots of background noise. When I said I had a voicemail she hung up.

    Got the same call. Do not give your SSN or address. A lot of background noise and a very stupid attempt to scam people.
