In Everett WA, a creepy realestate agent is leaving notes on people's front door "Please call me about your house. 360-630-9397 Thank you."
That's it, no explanation as to why they came on your property and touched your home.
People are talking about this on message boards, and wondering what the deal is.
If you try to call, most likely they won't answer. Same if you leave a voice mail.
Really weird, and if I could locate them I would go post some strange creepy messages on their door. This is really beyond good practices, and I cannot think people should let this person any where near them or their homes.
They apparently saw my door sign, warning of legal action if they did what something like they did.
So they put their note on the garage light fixture, around the steps from the front door.
Super creepy.

These are often "We buy your homes for Cash" scams. I rarer cases, the cards are an excuse to be checking out houses to break into, looking easy locks and if there is an alarm system etc.

You can notify your local police so they are watching out for loitering cars in your neighborhood. Every once in a while someone is caught that way.

Sounds similar to an earlier posting. Man and woman left a sticky not on the front porch. "Please Call Me About Your House. Thank you! (360) 630-9397

Man dressed in a nice suit left a post it note on my home saying "Please call me about your house" with his real estate business card, which I threw away so am unable to share that information, though when I looked at it it was not a company I had heard of. I haven't called him so don't know if he's a "buy homes for cash" agent however he should simply mail out fliers instead of knocking on doors.

My mother sent me a photo of this same post it note from Lynnwood area.

Creepy "call me about your house" 360-630-9397 post it note found on my porch. Must be a real estate agent or some kind of buyer. Reeks of desperation.

Also had a yellow post-it note put on our recycling bin saying "Please, call me about your house. Thank you! 360-630-9397"

Had the same one on our garage light fixture. Strange thing is I can’t see them on the surveillance cameras. I’m hoping it’s someone casing my home. I’ve got some wonderful party favors for them. :) Seriously, creepy AF.

This creep is leaving notes on people's houses and cars as well as my trah can staying that he wants to tlk to me about my home.

Random native American guy caught in my ring camera posting a note on my sidewalk walk way, I go out 30 mins after he left and the note said, " call me about your house it's important"....

I called and filed a report with the police.

The worm sends you an automatic text message when you call. Someone who identified themselves as "Eddie" answers the phone and says his company is something that sounds like "See im at your house"

i watched him walked till out of eye's view, very sneaky parks his car 3 blocks away from your house so you wont or cant get a good view of the license plate. and this is their phone number "360-63-9397" ,  also i scanned their website , it does redirects , my firefox said it not secure ....

Found this note on my garage in the top corner. I noticed they are placed in inconspicuous places on my neighbors houses too.  I looked up the phone number and this is a "Scam" that has been happening for several years now.  The notes are an excuse to be checking out houses to break in to. They are looking for easy locks and if there is an alarm system etc.

dropped off a note stating i call them about my house. phone number goes to a busy signal. strangers have been walking around our neighborhood which is a dead ends dead end so they seriously have no business 'walking' or 'just passing by'. i have alerted the police and have captured their faces in our cameras.
