They have been blowing my phone up for 2 days now leaving messages that I have a lawsuit against me from the IRS.  I know it is a scam as this is the second time they have tried calling me about this, the last time it happened was from a different number but I didn't save it just deleted it from my phone.

Received 3 recorded call w/i a few hours. All from Aberdeen, Wa. 360 637-4976.  Recording stated it was final warning from IRS before legal action would be taken against me.

I got part of a recorded message in voice mail: computer generated voice, "filling a law suit against you to get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number 630-637-4976,  thank you     goodbye". I was concerned and called the number and got another recording "The person your trying to reach is unavailable, Please leave a message after the beep" I would think it would at least tell me what company I am calling, so I hung up.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone regarding a law suit filed against me by the IRS!!!! Same call received at home two times. Original call at home disconnected when I said I would wait on the paperwork from the IRS.

I had a hunch this was a scam...thank goodness for Google number look up! The nerve of some people furthermore, i feel for the ones that fell for this crap! The IRS always sends announcements by mail, trust me been there done that...thank God I had everything ironed out right down to the last penny! whew!

Heavy accent with computer assist. Threatening IRS telling me I was issued warrant and would be put in jail. Told him I didn't know what he was talking about but I wanted to know his information. He said he had to talk to his boss and hung up. Glad I checked this site! SCAM

They called and said the IRS had a law suit against me to call them back.

They called me twice today and left the female voice computer generated message saying the irs is going to sue me. When I tried calling back, it says the number is a non working number, and area code is for washington. It's definitely a scam. Irs doesn't leave messages like that.

Calling me telling me thry are irs which is not funny tried calling number back and they hang up
