Jerks got my cell phone number.  I don't give it out to anyone but family and friends.  Must be calling random numbers.  Guy had thick Mumbai accent.  Wanted to sell me viagra.  Dude, get a clue.  I don't have a dick.

These are sick people who are completely without conscience,  They actually enjoy harassment.  I have been nice to them and I have screamed into the phone.  Nothing works.  They don't react, but they just laugh.  That is because their base is out of the country.  Your only solution is to block their number.  But they change it every month or so -- so you will have to keep doing it.  It is a waste of time to tell them to stop and it is a waste of time to report them.  Most telemarketer scams have money as their object, and I'm sure these people do too.  They are after your CC info with their bogus promotions.  But in dealing with them it is obvious that even if they know you will never give them what they want, they are a first class POS that just wants to see people bothered.

I keep getting calls from Washington.  Another reason to hate the Seahawks!

THEY TRIED TO EXTORT $10,000 FROM ME by claiming I was facing Federal Charges.  Here's what happened:   They have been calling relentlessly and trying to sell me DRUGS like Viagra and other medications.  I told them to STOP WASTING THEIR TIME because I would NEVER buy drugs from them.  This angered them.
                           
Then 2 days later another man called with a heavy foreign accent and HE SAID HE WAS AN OFFICER OF THE "D.E.A."  (Drug Enforcement Agency) and he said that " A BENCH WARRANT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR MY IMMEDIATE ARREST"  because they claimed I had illegally purchased drugs from an overseas vendor.  He also said that I WOULD BE ARRESTED AND THEN TRANSPORTED TO THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC TO  BE PUT ON TRIAL.  He said I was facing UP TO FIVE YEARS IN PRISON IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.    
                                                     
Then he offered me a "way out."  He told me that he could put a permanent hold on these impending legal charges if I wired him $10,000 via WESTERN UNION.  However, he said if he does not receive my $10,000 via Western Union within 48 hours, then several law enforcement agents will arrive at my house TO IMMEDIATELY ARREST ME AND THEN TRANSPORT ME TO THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC WHERE I WILL BE FACING UP TO 5 YEARS IN PRISON.

At this point I laughed at him and sarcastically asked him how much camera equipment and swimwear should I pack for my exciting Caribbean vacation.  I told him he was a FRAUD AND FAKE AND A COMMON LOW-LIFE "EXTORTIONIST."    Then he became really angry and said that Federal Agents are on their way to my home right now with a Warrant to ransack my entire house, and arrest all of my family members as conspirators.  I laughed at him and told him  he will eventually be arrested and imprisoned for EXTORTION.  

I receive a call from this company once a week.  They say it's Canadian Online Pharmacy.  I want to report them to the authorities.  Any ideas?

I've been getting calls from the for the past year.  I've told them at least 30+ times to stop calling me.  I finally just reported the number and information at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1

I also added myself to the do not call list, but if you haven't yet, you can still report them, just select the option that your number is not on the do not call registry and you can still report it.

I am sick and tired of getting these calls from these crappy people who waste my time and energy. I just don't answer calls anymore that I don't recognize the telephone number. When they are repeat calls I just block the number. Why can't a government agency  get involved?

Keep getting harassing calls from the number. Want them to stop and take me off the list.

Also received calls daily from that number without message left.
Called back using another phone. A woman with thick foreign (Asian?) accent responded it was a Canadian Pharmacy.
They asked if I wanted my Viagra prescription refilled. I said I have no Viagra prescription to refill and asked to stop calling. They hung up.

It's probably a fraudulent scam where you send money expecting cheap meds and you receive nothing back.

yep, i get these calls too, a telemarketer or Canadian pharmacy.  who cares, I just never answer calls from numbers I don't know, simple isn't it.

Received a call from 360-795-7855 on 12/15/2014 at 3:08PM EST. Caller ID displayed "Cathlamet WA".

Google Voice already has this munber on their spam list so my phone only rang once and the caller was sent directly to voicemail. No message was left.

Based on the comments posted here it appears that this is another number being used by the "Canadian Pharmacy" scam. I have added the number to my GV block list.

This pharmacy continues to call me even though I ask them every time to remove me from their call list
