Message stated.  This is the IRS calling to let us know we were being sued and we should call 360-807-5355 for case information.  The IRS doesn't call you.

Received this call 8-17-15 and the recording stated "This is your final notice!" The IRS is suing you, blah blah blah, and to
call this number back as soon as possible for information." Okay, so sue me!

They left a message re: a case against me. I tried calling the number back and it was busy. I tried calling back to get more info and they never answered the phone. Then I googled it and read all the comments.

I just got the same message.  How can you block them?

Call warning IRS is going to sue me blah, blah, blah. Scam.

Message said that they were calling regarding g a lawsuit the IRS has filed against me.

Did not answer due to Out of Area on Caller ID. They left voice mail that the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me. If that were true, I would probably hear about it from the IRS before this scammer called.

I also had a message on my machine,,, yes I still use an answering machine  :-P to screen calls on my land line.

I got a call today from this number it was a recording saying the IRS had a lawsuit against us....Scam!

Message was left saying I was to call back because the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. What a joke...

Why can't the phone companies or our worthless government shut dow these type scams?

Called answered got an automated message telling me I am being sued by the IRS and will be arrested. I know this is a scam dont fall for it, called them back and got hung up on.. Dont fall for their scam the IRS would communicate via mail not over the phone..

This number has called here several times.  I do not answer unknown calls but these folks continue to leave messages warning me that this is my last call from them, claiming to be the IRS, before they sue me.

They claimed they were the irs and I was being sued!

These unknown people have been calling several citizens that live in our community.

I received a phone call from this number this morning.  The caller left a message stating the IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me, and I needed to call their number to obtain additional information.  I won't be calling them anytime soon.  I blocked the number on my phone, so I know they will call me back from a different number because it seems they have an endless pool of useless numbers to use.

I just got the same call.  Didn't know the number so I let it go to the answering machine.  Really, the IRS called to say they were filing a lawsuit against me.  I filed a complaint to www.ic3.gov

Call on 8/20/15 from unknown name at this number. They left a message that they were the IRS and were going to start a lawsuit against me. IRS would mail information - not call. Complete scam...

Received two calls stating the IRS was suing me. It's bogus. I deleted the messages.
