    Claims it's a final warning and a lawsuit has been filed against you by the IRS to collect money owed, it's a scam, the IRS never calls, they send you letters.

    got a call from this #, claiming IRS was filing suit against me for back taxes..SCAM SCAM SCAM.. IRS sends letters, not phone calls on Sat..

    We received a call on 09/12/2015 saying that "this is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Please call 360-807-5477 to discuss this case file".  No information was disclosed that indicated they knew our name, address, etc.  Further, the case file number was not disclosed.  Does very much feel like a scam.

    Got the same call from this number. If this is the final notice, what happened to the other notices. Like the IRS operates this way.  It's sad that some people fall for this type of deviant behavior by those that prey on the uninformed.
