This is the 6th time I have been called about a way to prevent  medical emergencies for seniors. I have pressed the number to not be called, I have asked to be taken off the list...no avail.

Again, again and again..... I have pushed the damn number to be removed. Again, I get the same call from a different number about the Senior Emergency Medical (you all know for what) so I stay on and ask what the name of this company is and was told to 'go fu*k yourself' by the man I was speaking to. Told him the same. There has to be a way to nail these [***].

I keep getting calls from this number.  Am on the Do Not Call list, but they do not stop....

I do not want you calling me and not leaving a message if I don't answer. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST so do not call me anymore. Whatever you are selling, I am not interested.

Unfortunately, most of these callers are now calling from offshore but are routing through US numbers.  There's little we can do to stop them except block them on our end.  The Do Not Call list has always been (and will likely always be) window dressing.

This is a board to find out WHO is calling you; it is in NO WAY affiliated with the company that is calling you.  Making pleas or demands to have "them" stop calling you is futile, as "they" do not read these boards, do not sponser them, and do not care.  800Notes is fueled and populated with information from regular people who have received calls from the number in question as well, and have been able to find out who it is that is calling from a particular number, or what service "they" are trying to cram down our throats.  If you want the calls to stop, you must file the appropriate complaints with the FCC, BBB, ETC.  Just a side note: never answer these calls, or wait to press "1"; this just let's "them" know that your phone number is a live one, and "they" will continue to call it, or sell it to someone else who will then start harrassing you.  The best thing to do, if you are not going to file a complaint, is to NEVER ANSWER.  Also, if you are diligent enough, you can shut off your answering machine, silence your phone or turn it down, and let it ring and ring until "they" hang up.  After a few times of this, your number will be marked as a "dead" number, and the calls will cease on their own.

Their message, want to schedule your medical alert system, when can we? We have a Panascall came in as Washington.

Just ANOTHER annoying call from a scammer.  The ONLY thing you can do to stop these calls, is to NEVER answer the phone when an unknown number calls through (and leave the answering machine off).  Otherwise, the calls just keep coming.  There is NO one stopping such folks from operating.  The DNC list is NOT enforced.  We have received thousands of these type of calls, and the criminals who place them, seem pretty aware, that there is NOTHING stopping them from calling as often as they wish.

I got the song and dance about Medic Alert type thing - no cost to me, already ordered, ready to ship, and when I ask him to PLEASE tell me who placed the order, he says "push 1 to get mailing underway", "push 5 to decline the offer".  I did neither, I just waited and then hung up.  New scamming thing.

We just received call at 6:21 from Washington 350-813-0104 regarding Emergency Medical Alert which man stated was ORDERED and wanted to know where to ship.  When I stated we didn't order, 'Motor Mouth' continued that it was ordered by someone who cared, and was paid for as well.  I told him I didn't wish to receive and no one ordered, etc.  His motor mouth continued to speak over me, so I hung up.  We are on the Federal Communications Commission DO NOT CALL list having re-set our number about two months ago, but these calls do not stop.

I continue to receive calls from this number.   I am on the Do Not Call list and I have asked the caller to remove my number from their calling list.  Sadly, it just makes it worse.  

There must be a way to deter these people from using local lines.

i keep getting calls from 360-813-0104. When ii pick up the phone there is no one there. when i call the number back it says it has been disconnected

I've had 3 calls from this number. I have never picked up. The first two did not leave a message. The third did. Said my order was received, paid for and then prompted me to press different numbers for different options. Man sounded like an overweight, gasping for air, used car salesman. He was selling some sort of medical equipment. So much for the national do no call registry.

360 813 0104 called left message on answering machine:called the number back and message stated they were disconnected.

Just received a call from 360-813-0104 when I answered there was no one there, after about 50 seconds they hung up.
