Calls several times per day but never leaves a message, when I pick up and keep quiet nobody there, maybe its waiting for me to talk

I answered the call and was told it's Amazon calling to renew my Prime Membership... I don't have a Prime Membership with Amazon

Called and it is a recording saying that it is going to renew my Amazon Prime account.  If I wanted to stop it, then press 1 to speak with someone.  I'm guessing the are phishing for a person to press 1 and then give them credit card information.

The concerning part is I only started getting this two days ago right after I made a purchase from Amazon for the first time.  Or maybe it is a coincidence as the scam may be new.

Scam call re Amazon Prime.  Voice/tone similar to the Income tax and Visa call scams.

I just made a purchase on Amazon and 10 minutes later I get this robot call regarding my Prime membership. Spooky. They haven't rung me before, hmm. Must be coincidental as I can not see how they link a purchase to a call line number.

This phone number called 4 times today (friday,june,19,2020)& never left any messages. It's very disturbing!!!🤬😠

Defiantly a scam. been purchasing with Amazon for a few years now. Today is the first time I have ever received this phone call.

Received a message regarding Amazon prime membership renewal for fee of $39.99. Don't have an Amazon account.

I am experiencing the same issue.

Live in Ontario Canada. Don't have a Amazon Prime Account. "F" scammers. Get a life you morons.
