CID showed "Bremerton Wa". Live person: "Hi there, my name is Mariah. I'm calling from Riverside Payments." I hung up and blocked. Riverside Payments calls all the time from MANY different numbers. Their business practices are well known to be shady.

Well, that was weird....they called and said, oh, sorry, I must have the wrong number.  I could hear everyone in the call center in the background.

Wanda, asking for our manager by name, said she was with "Clear Choice".
Told that he wasn't at his desk, she said she could "shoot him an email or try back another day". No message to leave with us... [...and they never do email him!]

live person saying they are with Merchant Services ... Have asked to be removed but they continue to call.

Love that T-Mobile knew it was junk. It was blocked phone never rang. Called it back dead air.

Called looking for general manager/ owner.  Refused to leave message or any info

Called office number, told them general manager/owner was busy and I could take a message. Said they had no message to leave us. Could hear many people in the background like a call center sounds.

We've received repeated calls looking to entice us away from the online payments processing service we use. They know who that provider is and don't want to talk to our finance team volunteers because "they're not in the office." They won't email info to us. They won't leave info with our Office Admin and blow her off, snarkily wanting to talk to me - the Pastor - because "I'm closer to God." Their treatment of her is all I need to know to reject any offer they'd propose, regardless of how enticing it might be.

RUDE lady! She called our business 2 times, in which I answered the last call.  She asked who our merchant processing company was, I told her we are not interested and it is private info. She had to get this in, "No, it's actually not private info". Well, then find it yourself, solicitor!!!   Stop Calling!!

Our office got a call from this number today.  Obvious call center sounds in the background.  I put the call on "mute" and waited until it disconnected.  Glad to see the additional info here.  We will not be answering this number in the  future.

Caller refused to have our number removed from call list. I believe it is a law when requested they are to comply. She responded she will put our number on a short call list stating it's her job and she's going to do it.  This is awful customer service as you should ALWAYS respect the request of the  recipient.

There are no laws regarding B2B calls with a couple of exceptions.  No call list isn't one of them.

Called our residential landline. We do not answer calls from out-of-state #s we don't recognize. Left no message. Left only its footprint in call log.

left message on voicemail, and literally just sat there with a quiet tv going in the background.  Glad voicemail took the call, maybe they won't call back

They keep calling, over and over, don't tell you who they are and why they're calling, just ask for the owner or GM!

Lots of call center noise in background,,"Hi. my name is Elissa, may I speak to the owner or manager please?" (anyone who starts with that phrase gets hung up on immediately)

Third time I've had them try to call me. First was a voicemail with a woman saying "How did he know my name, that's creepy." Second was a voicemail of a guy singing "Hey There Delilah". Third time, I picked up, woman asked for owner, told her this is a personal phone. She said oh and hung up. Noises of telecenter in background.
