BS message about Home security system ..............contacting business cell on do not call list

I received a call from these idiots last night and again this morning it's really starting to piss me off!!!

Do not call my cell phone again...........this unlawful solicitous behavior has been reported to the FCC about your landline number in allegedly three rivers Texas phone number 361 786 5272.

Do you really and truly believe that the person that is calling you will actually see that post and somehow magically know who to stop calling?  Did you put any thought into that post?  My guess would be no.

This number called me and said I won a free 1500 security system

This happened to me and a friend in the same 2 min.  Pretty freaky coincidence.

This number called my cell. When I tried to return the call it says it has been disconnected.

CallerID seems to be abnormally shortened "Texas ~" (shorter than others I've seen).  Regardless, I consider it a spam call.

It isnt ineffective, there is just no way to control people's actions.  People can choose to break the law.  I use to work in sales and before you call a number, you have to search for it in the database.  If it is there, you dont call.  If it isnt, you are free to call.  But, people can make that choice.  If you find out who it is, you can report them to the FCC and they will be fined.

Just report them to the FCC and they will be fined.  You are unlikely to get anything from a lawsuit. Unless you are on the no-call list, they do not have to honor a request to be removed unless it is in writing.

The caller is not going to read this.
