This company calls and calls, no messages.  Most of time they hang up when I answer.  If I do catch them they won't talk to me but ask for my husband.  They did finally identify themselves as American Diabetes Association.  I ask them to stop calling but they continue.

Well at least I now know what this outfit is. I have never picked up one of their calls.  I have been getting calls from this outfit for a couple of years. They start in September and continue until just before Christmas and then end only to start again the next September.

Numerous calls from a list of numbers much like "Ted" has received.

Constant calls throughout the entire day. I'm sick of it. What is being

Noted: This the third time in 1 week I have received a call from them and the second call in which I told them to stop calling my house. It is now Harrasment at this point. one more call is their third warning and then I am going to contact someone about this. I found out that Emilie who runs this site only gives about 1/3rd of her earnings to the Diabetes foundation. I know it's expensive to run a phone network, But I seriouslly doubt this it a non profitted organization and she is clearly being a pushy telemarketer which is most likely illegal. I do not want to hear why they're exempt from the No Call Registry, I just want no contact from these people. My wife and I often give to charitable organizations and I have personally pulled money out of my pocket to and placed into the canisters which are placed for donations of Diabetes. Many of my family members have died from Diabetes but I will not tricked or con into giving some lady the majority of my money so it goes into her bank account. I have a hard time believing she doesn't profit from this and I think all donations should be volunteer work and ran by the local state and not by a privatized group.

Called at about 5:10 CST on Dec 9, 2007.  I screened the call (no caller ID, but did *69).  They hung up when the answering machine messsage played.

I was wondering who was calling because I am also on the do not call list.  Same story... they call and do not leave a message, once a day, at least.  (Maybe I'll pursue BBB reporting, since the do not call list seems to not have jurisdiction, here.)

calling to have ME delivery their propaganda----it's a scam---they cheat the charities out of money-----please give DIRECTLY to your favorite charity and bypass these thieves....parasites and liars one and all!!

361-992-3060 called twice asking for a Mrs Green.  Each time I told them we do not know her and to remove us from the list.

Frequently get calls from this and similar numbers.  Up to 4 a week.  I never answer the phone.  I even changed my answering machine message to say I am on the "Do Not Call" List and any solicitatious phone calls are a violation of the law, and to remove me from the list, but they keep calling.

Every week night at 8:45pm:  FUTUREMARKET (361-992-3060) calls.  Nobody ever answers.  I'm area code (406).  Does reporting them stop the calls?
